A ten minute ab workout feels slightly thrilling at first because you know your body is capable of sculpting. A ten minute ab workout feels somewhat optimistic midway through because your know your body is capable of stopping. A ten minute workout feels daring at last because you know your body can finally stop sculpting, and breathe.

p.s. My mom and I started working on our 21-day ab workout yesterday and we definitely felt the burn, especially after adding a “Dirty 30” workout routine. So, here’s to feeling the burn!
