More full-time tenured faculty who want to teach and want to learn and want to impact. Better scheduling and room options. Funding allocated fairly. Diversity in all shapes, forms, and sizes. Inclusion, always.
p.s. Today was the last council of organizations meeting at my school, and I heard the voices of senate candidates as well as chair candidates. They voiced their concerns and the audience listened to them. They voiced their opinions and their passions, and the audience appreciated them. It was amazing to hear about the prospect of change though student voices. So, may the best candidate win!
