though later you realize success is measured through perception and experience.
it is bias.
it is changing.
it is yours.
yet you set things up for what you believe is success.
and even though part of the plan may get washed away by Mother Nature’s rain
failing and learning
and feeling and reflecting
and reapproaching and growing
and undertanding and knowing
can transpire into success.
success you could always imagine
but could never manifest.

p.s. My boss told me some wise things. Today he taught me how my managing skills could essentially help the station run and function healthily on its own, if done right. He made me think about the idea of success. So here’s to what success means to you, and how you plan to achieve it!
