I have a responsibility to my siblings, my fiancé, my parents, my work, my career, my life, my friends, my body, my heart, my story, their stories. I have a responsibility as a woman, as a person, as a leader, as a human. I have responsibilities as a citizen.

p.s. On Friday, my Journalism I professor asked who or what we are responsible for in a time of coping post-election results. We spoke about our fears and our responsibilities, and gave each other our raw thoughts. So, here’s to warm souls that offer questions and thoughts all originating from love and truth!
