Don’t talk about weight. It’s all about savoring the goodness in this traditional feast. Don’t talk about the negative. It’s all about savoring in the positive, precious, and pleasant. Don’t talk about things that could have been that aren’t. It’s all about enjoying the moments with family and friends, and being grateful for the now, and what’s to come on Thanksgiving day.

p.s. My family and I played Taboo after our Thanksgiving shenanigans–very funny to watch us bark at each other over clues. Thanksgiving in itself was beautiful at my great grandparents home. We hadn’t celebrated Thanksgiving with them in 2 years since we had celebrated Thanksgiving in Florida( on my mom’s side) then. So, here’s to a wonderful Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving taboos, and playing taboo!
