staying as you are: in outside clothes instead of pajamas
sinking in the bed as soon as you come in
waking up minutes before a shift and sprinting over to work because you couldn’t bring yourself up from the bed
p.s. Yesterday, I trained with a Manager for my upcoming position who told me she was working on her thesis project the night before. She apologized for being late, and I told her it’s okay. These past few weeks I have been feeling the same way. So, here’s to breaking past that sheer exhaustion!
